What you'll do:
- Lead and oversee hospitality operations to ensure exceptional guest service and operational performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Manage hospitality teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee staffing, workforce planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Monitor operational performance and implement initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, business partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hospitality standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to support organisational growth.
- Analyse operational data and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead innovation and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen hospitality operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, tourism, guest services, business operations, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous senior leadership or management experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Commercial awareness with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £6,800.00-£9,000.00 per month
