Cleaning Operative required in the Motherwell Area (ML1 4YT) - Immediate start.
Previous experience preferred but full training will be provided.
Working hours: Mon - Fri - 17:30 - 20:30
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across our premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
- Empty bins and ensure waste is disposed of safely.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet roll, and paper towels.
- Follow health & safety guidelines and report any maintenance issues.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential (training will be provided).
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability use initiative.
