CBC Maintenance Services Ltd is looking for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join our growing team.
Areas: East London West London Essex
Salary: £38,000 – £43,000 per year
We are looking for reliable, experienced tradespeople capable of carrying out a variety of repairs and maintenance works to a high standard.
Requirements:✅ Valid CSCS Card✅ Full UK Driving Licence✅ Multi-trade / building maintenance experience✅ Good communication skills✅ Reliable and professional✅ Able to work independently and as part of a team✅ High standard of workmanship
Typical works include: Carpentry Plastering & making good Painting & decorating Doors, locks & general repairs Basic plumbing repairs. General property maintenance
