CAR VALETING CENTRE SITE MANAGER Location: Shrewsbury Salary: Competitive Salary + Performance Bonus Job Type: Full-Time Start Date: Within One Month We are looking for an experienced, motivated and hands-on Site Manager to lead our busy car valeting centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing people, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards and helping grow a successful business. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of up to 8 valeting operatives. Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times. Maintain high standards of vehicle preparation and quality control. Organise daily workloads and staff rotas. Train, motivate and support team members. Carry out regular quality checks on completed vehicles. Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues professionally. Monitor site productivity and operational performance. Ensure health and safety procedures are followed. Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment. Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new staff. Help drive business growth through excellent service and efficient operations. Requirements Previous management or supervisory experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Organised, reliable and proactive approach. Full UK driving licence preferred.
