We are looking for 3 hard working sushi chef skilled in handmade rolls, ready to join our Asian Kitchen in JRC GLOBAL BUFFET, CARDIFF BRANCH for the grant re-opening.
You will need to be passionate about food who can work well under pressure. Our company is all about fresh and authentic, always ready to roll up our sleeves and work together to create a new, dynamic food experience.
You will work in a takeaway only kitchen. Also, you will need to be flexible as this role requires working weekends and late evenings.
The right person must have:
· At least 1 years of sushi rolling & fish cutting experience
· Be efficient and be able to follow recipes.
· Familiar with Health & Safety standards and Food Hygiene
· Able to maintain a clean and organised work area at all times.
· Able to work independently.
