Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and specialised treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Deliver specialised services such as cutting, colouring, styling, extensions, and professional application.
- Offer personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Mentor and support junior stylists, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
- Handle front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, upselling products and services, and managing client records efficiently.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through excellent customer service and personalised care to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing and beauty treatments to provide innovative services.
Skills
- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across various styles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell products and additional services tactfully.
- Experience in store management or supervisory roles within a salon environment is advantageous.
- Ability to mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Competence in handling front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client management.
