Are you an ambitious 3D designer looking to take the next step in your career? We're offering a starting salary from £30,000, with a higher salary for candidates with greater relevant experience, plus quarterly performance bonus and paid overtime.
At Symbiosis, you'll design award-winning exhibition stands, brand activations and live experiences for some of the world's leading brands. From your first creative concept through to seeing your ideas manufactured in our workshop and installed at major exhibitions across the UK, Europe and North America, you'll be involved every step of the way.

From our Andover headquarters, we deliver hundreds of exhibition projects each year and are proud to be an Official Contractor for leading venues including Magazine London, Drumsheds and Wembley Stadium, as well as a Preferred Contractor at Beams London. What You'll Be Doing
- Turning client briefs into exciting, innovative exhibition stand concepts.
- Designing engaging 3D exhibition stands and branded environments.
- Producing high-quality client visuals and presentation renders.
- Creating accurate workshop-ready production drawings.
- Working closely with our project managers, graphics and production teams to ensure every design is both creative and buildable.
- Solving creative and technical design challenges.
- Occasionally visiting exhibitions across the UK and Europe to see your work brought to life.
- Bringing fresh ideas, creativity and enthusiasm to every project.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is creative, ambitious and excited by the challenge of designing exceptional exhibition experiences.
You'll ideally have:
- Around 1–3 years' commercial experience in exhibition stand design or a similar 3D design discipline.
- Excellent SketchUp skills.
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong visualisation and presentation skills.
- A good technical understanding and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to balance creativity with practical manufacturing requirements.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- A genuine passion for design and a desire to keep learning.
Desirable Skills
- KeyShot
- Autodesk Inventor or AutoCAD
- Graphic design experience
- Large format print artwork
- Previous exhibition or events industry experience

Location
This is a full-time, office-based position at our headquarters in Andover, Hampshire.
Our designers work closely with our production, graphics and project management teams every day, so this role is not suitable for remote or hybrid working.
Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Andover and ideally hold a full UK driving licence.
