We’re looking for enthusiastic, hardworking Bar Team Members to join our busy venue in the heart of Harrogate. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy delivering great customer service, and can keep calm under pressure, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks to a high standard.
- Delivering friendly, efficient customer service.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- Working as part of a close-knit team during busy service periods.
- Following all licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene procedures.
- Helping create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential – full training can be provided for the right person.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy late-night venue.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with evening and weekend availability.
- Confidence interacting with customers and delivering excellent service.
