Power Body Nutrition is the UK’s leading retailer and Europe’s top distributor of sports supplements. We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team at our York headquarters. Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Efficient picking and packing of outgoing orders, ensuring high standards of safety and presentation.
- Shipping & Documentation: Generating shipping labels, preparing waybills.
- Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Inbound Logistics: Physically receiving deliveries, verifying them against purchase orders/invoices, and updating the system.
- Returns Management: Processing customer returns in the system, inspecting the condition of returned goods.
- Customer Service & Communication: Providing professional and timely email support regarding order status, tracking, and product availability (B2B customer only).
- Supply Management: Monitoring and ordering packaging materials (boxes, tape, fillers) to ensure zero downtime in shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the workspace organized, tidy, and optimized for efficient workflow at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Warehouse experience
- Good level of computer literacy
- Ability to learn and use company systems and databases efficiently
- Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Commitment to safety and efficiency
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive mindset
