Job Overview
We are looking for professional and vigilant SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to ensure the safety of attendees, staff and premises at events. Candidates must be confident, reliable and customer-focused with strong communication and conflict management skills.
Responsibilities
- Control entry/exit and carry out ID checks.
- Patrol premises to maintain safety and security.
- Monitor crowd behaviour and resolve issues proactively.
- Prevent/manage conflict using approved techniques.
- Assist with emergencies, evacuations and first aid.
- Record incidents, refusals and key occurrences.
- Work with venue management and emergency services.
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Good physical fitness and awareness.
- Flexible for nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience preferred but not essential.
Desirable
- First Aid qualification, Spectator safety Level 2, or conflict management training.
