OCHO is a private members’ club where food, drink, hospitality, culture and atmosphere come together.
We’re looking for a talented Mixologist to join our bar team.
This is a role for someone who understands that making a great cocktail is only half the job.
The other half is knowing the guest.
The role
You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional drinks and exceptional service across OCHO, including our intimate Speakeasy space.
You will:
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails and drinks
- Deliver consistent drinks to a high standard
- Understand classic and contemporary cocktail techniques
- Engage confidently with members and their guests
- Make thoughtful recommendations based on individual preferences
- Maintain excellent knowledge of spirits, cocktails and ingredients
- Support menu development and cocktail specials
- Maintain impeccable bar standards
- Control waste and support responsible stock management
- Work closely with the wider FOH team
- Help create an atmosphere that members want to return to
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has genuine passion for cocktails and hospitality
- Has previous cocktail/bar experience
- Understands service as well as technique
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is confident but never arrogant
- Can build genuine relationships with guests
- Works well under pressure
- Takes pride in their environment
- Wants to learn and develop
- Understands discretion and professionalism
OCHO isn’t a late-night cocktail factory.

Salary: £13 ph. + service
Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
Pay: £13.00-£13.10 per hour
