Join Estate Signs & Print – one of the UK's leading property board contractors.
We are looking for a reliable, motivated For Sale Board Sign Erector to service estate agency clients across Tamworth, Coventry and Nuneaton.
This is a self-employed role where your earnings are directly linked to the number of board movements you complete. The more work you carry out, the more you earn.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing, changing and removing estate agency For Sale, Sold and Let boards.
- Following planned daily routes using our dedicated app software.
- Working closely with our office team, who provide full route planning and ongoing support.
- Representing Estate Signs & Print professionally while working on behalf of leading estate agents.

- Guaranteed daily workload of approximately 40–120 board movements per day (depending on the season).
- Competitive movement-based pay with excellent earning potential.
- Full training on the role and our app software.
- All boards, fixings, tools and materials supplied.
- Office support throughout the working day.
- Optional company van available (having your own van is an advantage).
What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own motor insurance.
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Able to work independently while maintaining high standards.
- No previous experience is necessary – full training will be provided.
Earnings
This is a self-employed, movement-based position, meaning your income grows with the amount of work you complete. We provide a consistent volume of instructions throughout the year, giving you the opportunity to build a strong and reliable income.
