Administration of medication.
Assessing and changing dressings.
Managing and changing female and male catheters.
Venipuncture.
Management of staff including written supervisions. Allocating staff to areas of work and delegating tasks. Leading the team while on shift. Conducting audits and managing senior carer audits. Monitoring MARS medication administration and addressing any issues. Participating in investigations and disciplinaries should this arise.
Working closely with Manager and managing nursing home in her absence.

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licence
- Proven experience in patient care and clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Proficient in medication administration and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and mentor nursing staff effectively
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in a clinical environment
