Sales Adviser
We are a small, family owned and managed progressive aftermarket parts business looking for an ambitious sales person to join our sales team.
We sell in over 70 countries on 6 continents to a wide range of customers globally, if you are an agriculture dealer parts person looking for a higher challenge with greater rewards, or somebody with an interest in agriculture or sales looking to be part of a tight knit dynamic team looking to go places then we are the company for you.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via telephone and face to face, to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Stock management and inventory
- Invoicing
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer relationship skills
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Positive and can do attitude
- Computer literacy essential
- Driver, due to remote location
This role is mainly office based, with potential to travel nationally and internationally.
Knowledge of Tractors and the Agricultural Industry, preferably experience in the spare parts industry would be an advantage.
Training provided for inexperienced candidates who show the right qualities
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30-5.00
Salary-OTE £35,000 - basic £26,436.80 pa, after a probationary period we pay uncapped commission on sales.
