Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at our venues, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring entry points, managing crowd control.
Duties
- Monitor the entrance and exit points of the venue to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Implement effective crowd control measures during peak times or events.
- Provide assistance in emergency situations, including administering first aid when necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to security.
- Prepare incident reports detailing any occurrences or breaches of security.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a security role is A MUST minimum of 5 years experience working in private members venues.
- Certification in first aid is highly desirable, as well as ACT,SCAN and WAVE certification.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid SIA DS (Security Industry Authority) licence is required for this position
- Available evenings Monday-Sunday 5pm onwards (shift end times vary per venue but must be able to work until 4am)

Pay: From £13.39 per hour
