Overview
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Football Coach to join our growing team on a Saturday morning. The ideal candidate will have a background in sports coaching and a commitment to developing young children in the fundamentals of football. This role is vital in developing players' skills, teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring that all activities are age-appropriate and cater to all abilities.
- Educate players on the rules of football, sportsmanship, and the importance of teamwork.
- Monitor individual player progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Creating a fun and safe environment for all participants.
- Being able to adapt and overcome in adverse situations.
Essential Requirements
- FA Level 1 in Football Coaching
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Valid FA Safeguarding Children
- Valid DBS Certification
- A background or experience within sports coaching, ideally in football.
Desired Requirements
- FA Level 2/UEFA C in Football Coaching
- Clean UK Valid Driving License
- Experience in coaching children, ideally within a football environment.
