At Skills Centre Plus, we're looking for a passionate Construction Skills Tutor to inspire young people with SEND to develop practical trade skills, confidence and independence. Through practical projects and real-life applications, you'll bring construction to life, creating a learning environment where every learner can succeed
Working with learners aged 16-25 in small groups and 1:1 settings, you'll deliver engaging, hands-on construction training that prepares learners for employment and helps them achieve their individual goals. You'll use your industry experience to bring learning to life through practical projects, real-world applications and innovative teaching approaches tailored to a range of learning needs, including SEMH, ASD and ADHD
