The Opportunity
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Contracts Manager / Scheduler to join our team. This is a key role within the business, acting as the link between our customers and manufacturing department to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
You will be responsible for reviewing customer requirements, producing manufacturing schedules, coordinating project information, and ensuring all documentation is accurate before production begins.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers to fully understand project requirements and specifications.
- Review drawings and project information, seeking clarification where required.
- Produce accurate manufacturing schedules and documentation for production.
- Create and issue material requests to support manufacturing.
- Monitor project progress to ensure delivery within agreed timescales.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide project updates.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition from order to manufacture.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail throughout every stage of the project.
About You
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills when dealing with customers and colleagues.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A positive, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CAD or interpreting technical drawings.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Knowledge of project scheduling or contract administration.
Office working hours Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 2pm.
Pay: From £38,000.00 per year
