Parts Advisor
Salary: OTE £31,500
Opportunity to earn up to £125 a week in bonuses plus uncapped overtime!
Hours: Monday to Sunday 5 on 5 off, 5 on 5 off, 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Hours of work are 6am to 6pm covering an average of 40.25 hours per week, working only 15 days per month.
Role: We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at our busy Preparation Centre in Eastleigh!
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Motivated and be able to work under pressure
- Be organised
What you will be doing:
- Follow the company ordering process for parts ensuring costs are within company agreements
- To order, maintain and control the impressed stock levels to ensure all vehicles are dealt with efficiently
- Carry out regular stock checks
- Assist in achieving the KPI’s attributed to the parts department
- Monitor work progress and act on any issues of concern
