Little Diamonds Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Manager to join our vibrant and nurturing Early Years setting. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work in a supportive environment where children’s learning, development and well-being are at the heart of everything we do.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education
- In-depth knowledge of Birth to Five Matters and the Statutory EYFS Framework
- Strong skills in planning and delivering EYFS curriculum activities including literacy and numeracy
- Experience in hosting parent/carer enquiries, managing registrations, and organising events
- Confident in managing and deploying staff, conducting appraisals, supervisions, and supporting staff development and training
- Experience in preparing staff rotas, overseeing time sheets, and managing budgets
- Excellent communication skills, with fluent spoken and written English
- Professional telephone manner and etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong knowledge and experience in safeguarding practices
- Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Paediatric First Aid Qualification (in-date and recognised)
