Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing floors and surfaces throughout the facility
- Clean restrooms thoroughly, restock supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met consistently
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with environmental guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, break rooms, and entryways to promote a positive atmosphere
- Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuums, buffers, and cleaning solutions
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Follow health and safety protocols rigorously to ensure a secure working environment
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively
