Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our team as Bar Team Members. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant hospitality environment, providing excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering memorable experiences, possess a friendly demeanour, and be eager to develop their skills within the hospitality industry. Previous restaurant or serving experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All roles are paid positions, offering valuable experience in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to customers in accordance with company standards and legal requirements for food safety and responsible service.
- Take orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring prompt delivery to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
- Assist in setting up the bar area prior to opening and closing procedures at the end of each shift.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, serving, or working within a restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Personable attitude with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or special events as required.
- A positive approach and eagerness to learn new skills within the hospitality sector.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
