Key requirements:
Right to work in Scotland (Sponsorship NOT provided)
PVG check through Clinical 24 (one will be applied for upon application)
Active NMC pin
Proof of Mandatory Training (If none, free training will be provided as part of the compliance process)
2 x References covering a minimum of 3 years
A minimum of 6 months' experience of being a Registered Nurse in Community settings
Driving license and, if possible, business insurance

Experience in any of the following is desired but not essential:
Care and Management of Enteral Feeding experience
Spinal Injury experience
Tracheostomy Care experience
Stoma Care experience
Epilepsy and Management of Emergency Medication Protocols
Invasive and Non-Invasive Ventilation experience, including Airway Management
Acquired Brain Injuries experience
End-of-life Care experience
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing emotional support to individuals and their families.
Providing enthusiastic and compassionate care, to contribute to an individual's physical and emotional wellbeing.
Being motivated and recognizing the importance of your role in supporting a client with complex care needs.
Being willing and eager to complete addition training, upskill, coach and mentor yourself.
Comfortably assisting clients with limited mobility.
Providing practical support for individuals, such as helping with household tasks, personal care, taking to appointments.
Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication.
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the individual.
Safeguarding individuals and reporting any concerns.
Accurate and timely record keeping and incident/accident reports.
Able to work on a rolling rota basis and being part of a team of core carers/support workers around the individual, working collaboratively with the management team.
