Shift pattern: Saturday & Sundays (5:00am - 1:00pm)
Contractual Hours: 16 hours per week
Location: Holt Park Leisure Centre, Holtdale Approach, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England LS16 7RX
We're looking for a Weekend Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Holt Park Active Leisure Centre.
This is a hands-on role where you'll lead a small cleaning team, maintain high standards across the site and support the day-to-day running of cleaning operations.

What You Will Do Here

Lead and support the weekend cleaning team.

Check that all cleaning tasks have been completed to the required standard.

Sign off daily cleaning activities.

Train new team members and support existing staff.

Make sure equipment sign-out sheets are completed correctly.

Keep cleaning cupboards clean, organised and safe.

Report any staff performance or conduct concerns to the Site Manager.
Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

What We're Looking For

Previous cleaning experience.

Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
