The Role:
We’re on the hunt for enthusiastic, reliable, and hard-working bar staff to join our dynamic team. As part of the Ruby Raes crew, you’ll be working in one of the busiest bars in town
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving drinks quickly, accurately, and with a smile
- Providing exceptional customer service, even during peak hours
- Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Handling cash and card transactions confidently and responsibly
- Working closely with the team to ensure smooth service
- Maintaining a fun, friendly, and professional attitude at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working in a busy bar or hospitality venue is preferred (but not essential – training will be provided to the right person)
- Ability to thrive under pressure and stay calm during busy shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late nights
