About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Personal Assistant / Office Administrator (Household & Business Support) to support the day-to-day running of both a busy household and a growing property and business operation.
This is a varied role that combines office administration, personal assistance, household organisation, property administration, and sales support. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse workload and takes pride in being organised and dependable.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration
- Manage emails, correspondence, and telephone enquiries.
- Prepare letters, reports, quotations, and sales proposals.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and business records.
- Update spreadsheets and databases.
- Schedule appointments and manage diaries.
- Perform general administrative duties to support business operations.
- Assist with document preparation and record keeping.
Personal Assistant Duties
- Organise daily tasks and priorities.
- Run occasional errands when required.
- Provide administrative and personal support.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Household Support
- General cleaning and tidying.
- Laundry and ironing.
- Washing dishes.
- Organising items and storage.
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised home environment.
Property Administration
- Research investment and rental properties.
- Update property sourcing spreadsheets.
- Liaise with estate and letting agents.
- Assist with preparing and submitting property offers.
- Support the progression of property purchases and sales.
- Carry out market research relating to property opportunities.
Online Sales & Customer Support
- Photograph and video items for sale.
- Create and manage online listings.
- Respond to customer enquiries.
- Package and post sold items.
- Prepare and send sales proposals.
- Follow up with customers and maintain customer records.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
