We are a modern, community-focused petrol station and convenience store based in the Lochend area of Edinburgh, and we are looking for a reliable and friendly individual to join our team.
This is a varied role combining shop floor duties with local home deliveries using a company vehicle.
The Role
Your duties will include:
- Serving customers and providing excellent customer service
- Operating the till and handling payments
- Stock replenishment and maintaining shop standards
- Preparing orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and completenes
- Communicating effectively with clients upon delivery, confirming receipt of goods
- Assisting with general day-to-day store operations
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Balancing shop responsibilities alongside delivery duties
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be friendly, approachable and customer-focused
- Have good communication skills
- Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Be able to multitask and work under pressure
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to help
Previous retail or delivery experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
