Floor Manager – Join the Team
We're on the hunt for a confident, people-first Floor Manager to help lead the day-to-day operation of our restaurant. If you thrive in fast-paced hospitality environments, know how to keep a team motivated, and genuinely love creating great guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring energy to the floor, keep standards high, and help shape the atmosphere that keeps people coming back.
Working pattern: Friday, Saturday & Sunday required
What You'll Be Doing
- Running smooth, high-energy services and making sure every guest has a brilliant experience.
- Leading from the front — supporting, motivating and developing the team throughout each shift.
- Working closely with the kitchen to ensure food quality, timing and presentation are consistently on point.
- Managing stock levels and helping keep operations organised and efficient.
- Handling guest feedback with confidence, warmth and professionalism.
- Training and onboarding new team members, helping them settle into the culture and standards of the business.
- Assisting with rotas and ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader in a busy hospitality venue.
- A natural host who enjoys engaging with guests and building a positive atmosphere.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to get the best out of a team.
- Calm under pressure, organised and solutions-focused.
- Good understanding of food service, kitchen operations and hospitality standards.
- A hands-on attitude — you're happy jumping in wherever needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do approach.
