Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, sorting post and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Provide general clerical support to staff members
Requirements:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with flexibility to cover staff sickness/holiday
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
