We are currently looking for an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our hospitality team at a busy golf club in a permanent full-time position. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for serving and assisting our valued members and guests in our bar and food service areas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Take orders and serve drinks and food in a polite and accommodating manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar and food service areas.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Assist in restocking inventory and maintaining proper supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the club.
- Setting up and tidying down functions and day to day service
Qualifications and skills required:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
This is a 30-hour per week position with potential for additional hours during busy periods. The successful candidate will be working in a team environment.
