Assistant Restaurant Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment whilst upholding high service standards
Experience:
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in a restaurant of the same standard is required
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- WSET 2 qualification/ very good wine knowledge and a passion for wine is required
- Experience in bartending is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective problem-solving abilities

Salary £35k-£45k OTE Including Service Charge
