The Role
As a Subscriptions Advisor, you'll be the key point of contact for our existing customers, managing their tracker subscriptions from renewal to payment. Working in a busy, energetic call centre environment, you'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls — reaching out to customers to secure subscription renewals and payments, while delivering the kind of service that keeps them with us for years.
This is a sales-focused role at heart, but relationship-building and great customer service are just as important. You'll be measured on your call performance, so a positive, resilient attitude and a drive to hit targets are essential.
What you'll be doing
- Making outbound calls to existing customers to renew and collect subscription payments
- Handling inbound calls, queries and account updates
- Hitting daily and weekly KPIs around call volumes, talk time, conversion and collection rates
- Overcoming objections and confidently explaining the value of our subscription service
- Accurately recording customer information and payment details on our systems
- Providing general customer service support and resolving account queries
- Working as part of a close-knit team to hit shared targets
What we're looking for
- Experience in a sales, telesales, collections, customer service or call centre role (desirable but not essential — attitude matters most)
- Confident, clear telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Resilient, self-motivated and able to handle objections positively
- Good attention to detail and confident using computer systems
- A team player with a professional, customer-first approach
Pay: £28,000.00 per year
