We are seeking a friendly and organised Retail Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining store, presentation and supporting sales activities. Assist the shop floor, Upsell products and services to customers, Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, Working in the till, Preparing hot food, cleaning, stock shelving, accepting parcels.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and communication skills
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required
