Production Operative – Full Time
Located just outside Wells, Somerset, Arcania Apothecary Limited is a dynamic and growing company specialising in the development and manufacture of natural fragrances and beauty products. Our Production Operatives are at the heart of our business. Every bottle, can, jar and tub goes through our Production team, and as part of the team, you will play an important role in filling, packing and preparing high-quality products for our valued clients.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will work as part of our busy manufacturing team, helping to ensure that products are manufactured, filled and packed to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Filling and packing cosmetic and fragrance products
- Operating production and filling equipment following training and procedures
- Preparing materials and packaging for production
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
- Cleaning and setting up equipment and work areas
- Following company procedures, health and safety requirements and GMP standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Working closely with colleagues and other departments to meet production targets
- Reporting any quality, equipment or production issues to your supervisor or manager
High standards are essential to everything we do. Attention to detail, good housekeeping and following procedures correctly are an important part of the role.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and willing to learn, with a positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team. Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
