Cargill Property Maintenance Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Joiner to join our team.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved in a wide range of projects, from minor maintenance repairs to wet room adaptations and kitchen installations across both domestic and commercial properties.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully qualified joiner with relevant trade qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance and installation works
- Work independently while managing their workload efficiently
- Be able to diagnose maintenance issues and carry out effective repairs.
- Take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship with excellent attention to detail.
- Have good communication and customer service skills to communicate with tenants, clients, and team members
- Be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
- Own selection of well maintained tools to allow them to carry out the work.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
Requirements: Must have own tools, Full clean UK driving licence
