Summary
This is a full-time on-site role based at our Camberley office (Unit 9 J4, Stanhope Road, Camberley, GU15 3BW) for an Apprentice Transport Business Administrator. Alongside your day-to-day role, you will study towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship qualification. The main duties of this role will include, but not limited to:
- Assist with preparing transport and delivery documentation
- Update transport records
- Support the scheduling of deliveries and collections
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff
- Monitor delivery progress and report delays or issues
- File and organise transport paperwork accurately
- Help to maintain driver and vehicle records
- Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Learn company transport procedures and compliance requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the logistics team
- Picking and packing - manual handling in the warehouse, when necessary
(Please note, due to the nature of the business and tasks required, candidates must be over 18).

Please note: This role is an Apprenticeship. Non-UK nationals must provide evidence of having resided in the UK for at least three years and ensure their visa covers the entire duration of the Apprenticeship.
As this is a Level 3 Apprenticeship, candidates aged under 19 are required to have achieved a grade 4 (C) or above in Maths and English. If the successful applicant does not meet these grade requirements, additional training in these subjects will be provided as part of the Apprenticeship.
Pay: £19,000.00 per year
