EXPERIENCED GROUNDWORKER REQUIRED
We’re an established local housebuilding & general contracting company looking for an experienced general groundworker/builder to join us on a long term contract.
We’re looking for someone with 8+ years’ building experience who is practical, reliable and able to work across different areas of construction.
The role will include:
- Groundworks & basic groundwork preparation
- Straightforward drainage
- Patios & external works
- General building work
- Working alongside and assisting other trades
- Internal building work when weather prevents external work
You’ll be working on our residential developments alongside our existing team, so a good all round knowledge of housebuilding and a willingness to get stuck in is essential.
What we’re looking for:
✅ Minimum 8 years’ building experience
✅ Good standard of workmanship
✅ Reliable and hardworking
✅ Able to work independently
✅ Happy working across different trades during poor weather
✅ References available on request
✅ Must be self-employed as its a long term contract
Hours: 7:30am – 3:30pm
Rate: £180 per day, depending on experience
Location: Local residential developments. Must be local to LFE area.
