A highly regarded early years setting in Llandeilo is continuing to grow following its expansion in September 2025. We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join the team and help create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where every child is supported to learn, develop and thrive.
Pay and hours:
· £15 per hour
· Full & Part-time hours available
Key responsibilities:
· Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
· Support children's learning, development and emotional wellbeing through play, routine and positive interaction.
· Observe and record children's progress, contributing to individual learning plans and clear updates for parents and carers.
· Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment while following safeguarding, health and safety and nursery procedures.
· Work closely with colleagues and build warm, professional relationships with children and their families.
What we're looking for:
· A Level 2 or 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification is preferred.
· Previous experience working within an early years, nursery or childcare setting.
· A caring, reliable and proactive approach, with genuine enthusiasm for helping children develop.
· Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
· Willingness to complete the required training and checks, including paediatric first aid and an enhanced DBS check.
