SHEQ Manager
Location: Harden, Bingley, BD16 1BL
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)

We’re looking for an experienced SHEQ Manager to join our growing team at our Harden site.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SHEQ professional to lead and develop our Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality systems across the business. If you’re passionate about driving compliance, continuous improvement and creating a positive safety culture, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the company’s Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality systems
- Maintaining and improving ISO management systems and certifications
- Leading internal and external audits
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
- Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
- Delivering training and promoting a positive SHEQ culture across the business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a SHEQ Manager role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO management systems and compliance
- Experience leading audits and driving continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- NEBOSH qualification or equivalent (desirable)
