Activity Coordinator – OMAS Day Activity Centre

Hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Part-time: 3 days per week

OMAS is a welcoming and vibrant day activity centre supporting older people and adults with learning disabilities.
We are looking for an experienced, friendly and energetic Activity Coordinator to join our team and help create enjoyable and meaningful days for the people attending our centres.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and lead a varied programme of activities
- Organise arts, crafts, games, music and social activities
- Lead gentle exercise and wellbeing sessions
- Arrange community outings and special events
- Encourage participation and social interaction
- Support people to build friendships and enjoy their day
- Help create a warm, safe and positive environment
We are looking for someone who:
- Has relevant experience with older people, adults with learning disabilities, care services or day centres
- Is creative, organised and confident leading activities
- Has a caring, patient and positive approach
- Communicates well with people with different needs
- Is able to work across both Lymm and Sale
- Has a full UK driving licence – preferred
An appropriate DBS check will be required.
Job Type: Part-time – 3 days per week
Hours: 9:00am–4:00pm
Start: Mid-September 2026
Pay: Excellent rate of pay, depending on experience
