We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Partner/ Dentist or Orthodontist, the ideal candidate shall have opportunity for lease or ownership of the practice and the freehold in Blackburn, Lancashire.

As a managing partner, you will assume vital role in daily management of practice and staff bringing your expertise and enthusiasm to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive dental and orthodontic treatments, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Utilize advanced dental technologies to create precise restorations and orthodontic appliances and aligners
- Opportunity to provide facial aesthetic treatments
- Apply thorough knowledge to accurately diagnose and develop effective treatment plans.
- Interpret medical imaging such as X-rays and 3D scans to inform clinical decisions and optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance, treatment options, and post-procedure care, fostering trust and understanding.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate patient care, share insights, and improve clinical workflows.
- Maintain meticulous records of treatments performed, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
Experience
- Proven experience as a licensed Dentist or Orthodontist with a strong background in general dentistry and or orthodontics. Previous experience in managing practice and or registration as registered manager shall be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures and day to day management clearly to patients and staff
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with advancements in dental technology and techniques.
