Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Dispatch Supervisor and Delivery Driver, and become a vital link between our company and our valued customers. In this role. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering and collecting dental products to various locations (within an approximate radius of 15 miles of Hemel Hempstead) in a proffesional and courteous manner. Duties
- To safely operate the Company delivery van to transport Dental Cases to customers’ homes and /or Dental Practices
- Organise and action the safe and accurate dispatch of any Cases that are to be dispatched either via local delivery or post ( including packaging and some label printing)
- Load and deliver small/medium packages, sometimes requiring moderate lifting and physical effort
- Maintain delivery logs and documentation of all deliveries made
- Conduct routine Company Van inspections to ensure safety and compliance with traffic laws
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Prior experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving would be an advantage
- Valid driver’s license is essential, preferably without convictions
- Ability to handle light to moderate physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally and courteously with customers and team members
