HGV Class 1 Drivers

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Class 1 drivers to support our clients with their global logistics and supply chain company that operates both freight management and contract logistics. This is a opportunity with excellent earning potential and long-term prospects.
About the Role:
HGV Class 1 Driver - Main duties and requirements are:
- Transportation of food products to stores in a careful manner
- Manual handling via handball and pump truck required
- Ensuring your load is safe and secure
- Completion of delivery device
- Must have 2 years experience
- Maximum 6 points accepted ( No DD/ DR/DG / BA/CD/TT99 offences)
Working Hours:
- Minimum 8 hours per day
- Day shifts are Monday to Friday
- Start times are 06:00
- Flexibility of different shifts is required
Pay:
- Standard rate of £17.00 per hour
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Van Driving (Category C+E) Licence
- Valid CPC and Digi Cardx
- Comfortable working on highways and in physically demanding environments
