Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team in GB. Based in our company, this role plays a vital part in promoting our unique products and strengthening our relationships with clients. If you are passionate about food and sales, this opportunity is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
o Customer Support and Coordination: Respond to customer inquiries via calls and emails, providing information on products and services. Serve as the first point of contact for new customer sales calls and email inquiries.
o Issue Resolution: Assist in addressing customer complaints or concerns effectively.
o Sample Management: Arrange and dispatch customer sample requests with accurate specifications.
o Product Presentations: Record customer requests for product presentations, coordinate with sales and the sample lab to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
o Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of Besmoke’s technology and product offerings.
o Team Collaboration: Keep the commercial and sample teams informed about sample stock, new products, and developments.
o Data Accuracy: Ensure precise recording of samples and customer details in the Access database.
o Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing customer requests and communications whilst keeping stakeholders updated.
o Sensory Work: Participate in sensory evaluations with the NPD and samples team when needed.
o CRM Maintenance: Keep the CRM database well-organized and up to date.
o Event Coordination: Support the seamless execution of customer-focused events on-site. Ensure a smooth experience for customers, managing event logistics, and providing hands-on assistance during the events supporting the event coordinator and NPD Chef
- Qualifications
- Proven experience or interest in sales or marketing, preferably within the food industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in English; IT skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
