We are looking for a reliable and experienced Handyman / Multi-Skilled Operative to join our growing property maintenance company.The role involves carrying out day-to-day repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works in residential properties, including social housing and managed properties.Applicants must have:
- Previous experience in property maintenance
- Good knowledge of general repairs and maintenance
- A valid CSCS card
- Asbestos Awareness certification
- Face Fit testing certification
- Their own tools
- A valid UK driving licence
- A professional and reliable attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
Pay: £800.00-£1,200.00 per week
