Job Overview
To support the efficient manufacture, quality checking and delivery of AirDoor products by carrying out production activities. The role contributes to a safe, organised and high-performing manufacturing environment, ensuring products are built, tested and dispatched in line with specifications, deadlines and SOPs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Carry out end-to-end manufacturing of AirDoor units.
- Deliver all work in line with defined specifications, drawings, SOPs, processes and quality standards, ensuring deadlines are met while remaining adaptable to changing priorities.
- Adhere to all health & safety requirements, risk assessments and safe working practices at all times.
- Complete in-build quality checks and support final inspection processes, reporting and assisting in the resolution of defects or non-conformances.
- Support stock handling, material movements and basic stores activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support shared tasks to ensure smooth workflow, meet delivery priorities.
- Contribute to lean manufacturing practices, continuous improvement initiatives and the development of standardised ways of working.
- Identify and escalate risks, quality concerns, material shortages or delivery issues to the Manufacturing Lead in a timely manner.
- Undertake any additional duties reasonably required to support the effective operation of the AirDoor function,
Role Salary
£26,000 Initial Starting Salary
