From the moment our guests walk through the door, the George IV strive to provide customers with the best experience.
The role will include;
- Overall responsibility of the restaurant and staff
- Meeting & greeting customers and ensuring they receive an excellent standard of customer service throughout
- Ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed
- Leading shifts, along with training, developing and motivating all front of house staff
- Compiling and implementing staff rota's
- Ensure excellent levels of cleanliness and hygiene
Requirements;
- At least 2 years experience in the hospitality industry
- Managerial experience
- Personal Licence
- Excellent standard of presentation
- Flexible approach to work and willing to work the hours required of the business
