Lifeways is launching a brand-new supported living service in Heaton, Newcastle and were building a strong, committed team to support a gentleman to live independently in his own home.
This role isnt always easy but it is incredibly rewarding.
As a Care Support Worker, youll take on a role that requires:

Youll deliver personcentred support, helping someone lead a safe, fulfilling, and independent life.
Your role will include:
- Supporting with shopping, day trips, and community activities
- Helping with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, and feeding
- Supporting physical health, wellbeing, and independence
Working hours: Rotational shift pattern, including some weekend working and some nights
Fully paid induction and ongoing training
Bespoke service-specific training
Support from a dedicated, experienced Manager
