Westholme have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Office Administrator to join us in our office in Asgarby, Sleaford. We are seeking an organised, detail-orientated, and highly motivated person to join our team. Key responsibilities:
- Dealing with queries on the phone, email and social media
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases
- Placing orders with suppliers and reconciliation of invoices against orders
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment
- Keeping vehicles and drivers’ data up to date
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Managing expenses and associated record keeping
- Managing diaries, organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events
- Arranging post and deliveries
- Liaising with suppliers and clients
- Managing and storing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails and letters
- Typing up letters and reports
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Follow data protection guidelines
- Keeping social media sites up to date (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Requirements:
- Good sense of humour
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Flexible and open to change
- Desire to learn and progress their career
