- Act as the operational escalation point for complex issues raised by the Team Leads.
- Keeping compliance and risk standards tight across lending and branch operations
- Partnering with our Member Services Manager, being jointly accountable for ensuring every member interaction, across branch, lending, and member services, is a positive one.
- Spotting better ways of doing things - and making them happen
- Coaching and developing your Team Leads
- Getting involved in projects that shape where we go next; new products, digital changes and more.
What we're looking for

- Multi-site leadership experience along with a track record of hitting KPIs across multiple teams simultaneously.
- Someone who can build genuine credibility with compliance, audit, partners, and regulators.
- A leader who's as comfortable with a spreadsheet of KPIs as they are having a difficult conversation with a team member.
- Commercially sharp, but never at the expense of doing right by members.
What you'll get:
- A competitive salary, dependant on experience
- Enhanced annual leave
- Paid leave
- Development opportunities and real scope to share the future of LCU
- Wellbeing programme, covering mental health, physical health and financial wellbeing
